"Remember the days of old; consider the generations long past." - Deuteronomy 32:7
Virgin Mary & St. Demiana Church located in North White Plains has been serving New York, New Jersey and Connecticut communities for nearly three decades.
The Coptic Orthodox faith was established almost 2,000 years ago during the apostolic age when Saint Mark ministered in Egypt. Within half a century, the land that was once ruled by pharaohs and practiced paganism became a Christian nation.
The Church maintains its traditions and teachings since the first century. Come partake in the faith whose existence is traced back to the apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ. We can't wait to see you!
Our church was established to serve the growing Coptic Orthodox community in Westchester County and surrounding areas. What began as a small gathering of faithful believers has grown into a vibrant spiritual home for many families.
Over the years, our church has expanded its ministries and services to meet the needs of our growing congregation. We have been blessed with dedicated clergy, servants, and parishioners who have contributed to building our community.
